Solution Head - Cybersecurity & Risk Services - Bangalore, IN – Wipro

Job Description

  • Work as the Solution Lead for the Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) chapter responsible for developing MVPs and co-innovation solutions by leveraging internal ecosystem resources
  • Responsible for demonstration of the solutions to the visiting customers to create the mindshare and generate interest
  • Responsible for managing the lifecycle of all the solutions including demonstrations, videos, collaterals and web publishing
  • Responsible for supporting sales and pre-sales teams in proactive and reactive opportunities by taking ownership in response preparation, estimation and support customer presentation
  • Responsible for identifying white spaces in service offerings and recommend new solutions contextualized for a given geography or customer cluster.
  • Responsible for demonstrating thought leadership by publishing papers, speaking in conferences and improving our positioning with the analysts
  • Will be responsible for tracking the delivery of digital CRS projects and ensure intervention when necessary
  • Must be available for short or long term travel to be part of a project with a responsibility to take ownership of the CRS component

Skills & Experience

  • Deep expertise in core IT Security domain (threat assessment, vulnerability assessment, risk mitigation, preventive measures, monitoring, resolution approach etc) with overall around 15 years of experience
  • Customer facing experience in guiding, coaching and hand holding customers in their security journey including developing roadmaps and business cases
  • Capability to identify solution white spaces and develop MVPs to demonstrate Point of View and offer new services
  • Wide understanding of relevant geos-specific security regulations, policies and trends
  • Understanding of security requirements in industrial domain context, especially around Utilities business, in protecting critical national infrastructure (CNI), and demonstrable experience thereof. Understanding of related regulations (NERC-CIP, NIST)
  • Understanding the digital drive across industries and in that context how it affects security in Utilities business across the various dimensions (IT-OT integration, IOT security, Cloud security, vulnerability from new age devices like mobile and wearables and so on)
  • Understanding of Data Privacy regulations and its implications on customers and ability to provide services
  • Understanding of the wider security ecosystem and developments – like application of AI in security, new age offerings from start-ups and approaches to harness support from non-traditional sources (like dark web)
  • Must have experience in leading a high performance team towards a common goal and outcome, through collaborative working
  • It is desirable that the candidate has experience in new ways of working like Agile and DevOps and must be able to demonstrate how it applies to security services as well as its impact on security processes
  • Must be open for frequent travels – both long and short terms
