Senior Consultant/Manager Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Management - Deloitte, Belgium

Job description

As a Senior consultant/Manager Penetration Testing/Vulnerability Management you are leveraging your technical expertise to help our clients address the challenges they face in achieving cyber vigilance & resilience.

From our Cyber Intelligence Center (CIC) in Brussels, you will help our clients to address the challenges they face in achieving cyber vigilance & resilience. This includes – among other:

  • Performing penetration tests, vulnerability assessments and system hardening assessments
  • Implementing vulnerability management programs
  • Threat intelligence & analysis
  • Cyber risk analytics
  • Cyber incident response & digital forensics
  • You’ll combine your knowledge of best practices and your technical expertise with out-of-the-box thinking to help our clients mitigate cyber security threats

Desired Skills and Experience

  • You have several years of experience in IT security in high profile environments
  • You have a strong interest in the technical aspects of cyber security
  • You have a good understanding of technical cyber security threats and how to mitigate them
  • Specific competencies in technical security standards (such as OWASSP, CIS Top 20, CVSS …) and technical security certifications from Offensive Security (OSCP, OSCE) and/or SANS (GWAPT, GXPN, GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, GCFE) are considered a plus
  • You are a team player with a client- and results-oriented approach
  • You have an analytical mindset, can work independently and can handle multiple projects with tight timelines simultaneously
  • You are able to plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience. Next to that, you are able to build an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices
  • You are fluent in English and preferably either Dutch or French
