Cancellation and Refund Policies

As for every online purchase experience, below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you purchase a training course with eLearn Programming, you adhere to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and the following points.

Refunds are applicable only within 5 days of enrollment. We are following 5 days refund policy. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange since we provide download access to all the course materials for online learning.

If you enroll in the same course 2 times, you will be eligible for a full refund for 1 course.

We have 2 days refund policy for Membership packages since we provide unlimited access to the students who can watch and download any courses on this portal. If you aren’t sure you’ll want to complete the entire Membership, we recommend you pay by course.

No refund will be given and access will be disabled, If anytime found course is been shared with others / multiple users or the intention of the course purchase is to copy the material/ Content, and account will be blocked at the same time.

If all course content was downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.

Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

You cannot get a refund for if you’ve already earned a Course Certificate for any course in the membership.
